Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays!

Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Soona Otomi is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges​
If, for any reason, you are not 100% happy with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges.
Please contact us, all of our products have a 14-day return policy.
Ship items back within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions of returns:

In order to return an item, please contact us by email: info@soonaotomi.com within seven days of receiving your purchase.
​
We are unable to refund any shipping fees incurred for returned items.
​
Once we received the package and the product we will refund the amount of the product within 7 working days.
​
The product must be packed in the original packaging, otherwise the original shipping container or similar damage-resistant packaging should be used to prevent damage to the original product packaging. All parts of the product must be included.

When returning from outside of the EU please clearly mark the package as a return to avoid customs delays and charges.

​ Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

In accordance to §357 of BGB ((6) The consumer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods if the trader has informed the consumer of that obligation in accordance with Article 246a § 1 (2) sentence 1 (2) of the Introductory Act to the Civil Code.)
