Palm straw handcrafts from Chilapa, Guerrero Mexico are traditional handicrafts made by the indigenous Nahuas communities in the region. 
 
These crafts are made from the leaves of the palm tree, which are woven together to create a variety of items such as baskets, hats, bags, and decorative objects. The process of creating these handcrafts is a labor-intensive and highly skilled task. The palm leaves are first harvested and then stripped into thin strips, which are then woven together using various techniques. The weavers use their hands and traditional tools to shape the palm leaves into the desired forms.
