Hand embroidered piece made by otomi native artisans from Tenango de Doria, Hidalgo.
 
Know as well as tenangos, this kind of embroidery has flora and fauna from the region like armadillos, roosters, birds, deers and also pre historic paintings found in local caves.
 
Materials: Cotton canvas (Muslim) and thread.
Total measurement: 44 x 51 cm.   
Embroidered area: 33 x 41 cm.
